Company description: Sales of mining, construction, forest and road construction equipment produced by VOLVO and it’s partners. (Excavators, Graders, Wheel loaders, articulated trucks, pavers, paving and soil compactors)
Position: The head of sales department
Functions:
- Clients search. Direct Sales.
- Preparation and presentation of equipment solutions for potential and current clients including operational costs, productivity and efficiency calculations comparing with other solutions and competitors.
- Sales department formation. (Structure, functions, bonuses)
- Analyzing of competitors' work, market share, sales statistics, internet site setting up, advertising.
- Leasing arrangement for customers, cooperation with other companies dealing with same clients.
Achievements: start-up, 1st year worked only one in sales department, sold 14 machines. Sales department was formed , area distribution was set up and sales specialists hired. Deal process was detailed and on its basis statue of bonuses was set up. A lot of calculations and statistics were made for proper comparison to competitors and argumentation of our product benefits. By 2009 Sales department included 6 sales specialists in different regions and one commercial administrator. About 40 machines were sold by 2009. Average price of machine was about 330 000 EUR. Great personal and professional growth in a new field.

Position: Sales Engineer
Products: Stationary and mobile Crushing plants, main conveyors, stockyard equipment for material handling, Screening Equipment, Drilling equipment, Hydraulic Breakers, spare parts.
Functions:
- Sales development in CIS Region
- Direct Sales
- Analyzing & Forecasting of market development
Achievements (by directions):
Construction (10.2011-01.2012): Collected and processed and structured information about all construction companies in the region. A part of companies were proceed as a result 12 projects, 7 prepared technical decisions and commercial offers, 4 conformed with customers contracts.
Crushing & screening equipment (since 02.2012): 5 crushers were sold, 6 crushers commissioned and ran into operation.
Spare parts(06.2012 – 03.2014): Sales volume was increased by 31.1% comparing to year 2012. Despite decreased amount of customers (some of them were passed to dealers).
Mining systems(since 03.2014): was collected information about current situation and perspectives of this market in nearest 5-7 years. Were determined the most real nearest future projects. Were established needed relationships with customers (projects owners), started negotiations, made offers, established cooperation and technical support with projecting institutes.7 started and active projects in process (Technical and commercial offers were made, CAPEX and OPEX evaluation were provided, prepared and signed realization plans for some of them, one contract signed, several payments were received). Average sum of one project 20-30 million EUR. 8 projects those are monitored and negotiated to be realized in a period of 2017-2019. CRM system is established and every project is monitored by the team and management.
Leaving reason: in September 2014 Sandvik stopped all Mining systems operations in CIS.
